PAIRING YOUR ABYX FIT PRO
Make sure you have the Abyx fit Pro application downloaded. You can
only pair the tracker using the app NOT through the bluetooth settings
on your phone.
1. Before connecting, please make sure that the phone Bluetooth is
turned on and the tracker battery is fully charged,.
2. Open up the app and go to the "Settings" tab, press on "Find Your
Tracker". You will see a list of devices available to pair.
3. Please select your tracker from the list to connect.
4. It takes a few seconds for the app and the device to complete the data
sync. (Step Counter is synced every 7 Seconds, Heart rate and exercise
data is synced every 10 minutes)
5. To unpair the tracker go to the settings tab in the app and select
"Remove Device", please make sure you also go to your bluetooth settings
and choose to "Forget Device" to completely unpair your tracker

charge.
2. Steps
See your daily steps and goal progress
3. Calories
See your calories burned.
4. Distance
Today's walking & running distance.
5. Heart Rate
Make sure you are wearing the tracker tightly,
Long press the screen to start the measurement,
please stay still while the tracker is taking the
measurement.
6. Blood Pressure
Wear the wristband tightly and stay still, hold
your wrist which is wearing the tracker at heart
level, long press the screen and the current refer-
ence blood pressure value can be measured in
about 30 seconds.
7. Sleep Tracking
Tracks your daily sleep and shows you the deep
sleep and light sleep time.
8. Exercise
Long press the screen to enter or exit the Work-
out mode, tap the screen to select amongst
different sports and long press the "Multi Func-
tion Button" start recording your activity data,
the exercise data will be saved to your device
and sync to the App after pairing.
9. The Meditation interface
Long press the screen to enter or exit the medi-
tation mode. Use this mode to help control your
breathing.
10. The Message interface
Long press the screen to enter and view messag-
es. Tap the screen to switch between messages.
Only the 5 latest messages will be displayed.
