Operating and safety instruction
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Jack stand is designed to lift, not support, rated capacity loads. Jack stand can never be used as a stand
alone device. Prior to use, determine the weight of the object being lifted, it can not exceed the rated capacity
of the jack. Rated capacity is per pair! Do not exceed rated capacity. It is forbidden to use the jack for other
purposes than those specified in the manual.
GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
For your safety, before using this product read, understand, and follow all the information provided with
the Operating and safety instruction completely and familiarize yourself thoroughly with the product, its
components and recognize the hazards associated with its use. You must follow basic Health and Safety
rules.
Inspect before each use. In case of any failure or doubt regarding the correct use of a chainsaw you
should report it to your supervisor, contact your dealer or local authorized service center.
The supplier does not accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused by improper or
incorrect use.

It is forbidden to use the jack for other purposes than those specified in the manual.
2.
Before each use, inspect the general condition of the jack.
3.
Do not exceed rated capacity.
4.
Use only on a hard level surface capable of sustaining rated capacity loads.
5.
Keep the jack stand away from flames and heat. It could cause damage to the unit and facilitate or
exacerbate deterioration.
6.
Make sure that the lifting point is stable and correctly centered on the jack saddle. Lift only on areas
of the vehicle as specified by the vehicle manufacturer. Center load on saddle.
7.
For best performance and longest life periodically maintain jack with care.
OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Always examine your Jack Stand for cracks or damage before each use. Do not use if even a minor
crack appears.
LIFTING
1.
Adjust height by pulling up on ratchet bar.
2.
The weight of locking handle should secure the ratchet bar in desired position. To confirm this,
simply push down on the locking handle. Ensure ratchet is secure before loading.
Carefully position jack stands so that load is centered on stand's saddle.

Slowly lower the vehicle onto the stands.
5.
Check to ensure vehicle is secure before working on, around or under. Use wheel chocks on all
unlifted wheels in both directions to prevent inadvertent movement.
LOWERING LOAD
1.
Be sure that all tools and personnel are clear before lowering load.
2.
With suitable jack, raise vehicle clear of stands.
3.
Carefully release stopper and allow ratchet to glide down to lowest position.
MAINTENANCE
When the jack stand is not in use, store it in upright position and in a clean, dry area. Periodically
inspect each stand. Ensure all parts move freely.
