INSTALLATION
1. Install spout (3) with O-Ring (21) onto benchtop. Fit locknut (5) with washer (22) and
tighten.
2. Install breech (1) onto side bodies (6) and tighten compression nuts softly (13).
3. Fit Side body (6) and breech assembly (1) onto bench top. Screw on top fixing nut (14)
with seal (22) onto side body (6) until the fixing nut (14) is almost level with the top of
hexagon nut on cartridge. Retighten compression nuts (13).
4. Ensure that the both cartridges are in the 'OFF' position
COLD HANDLE – Turn anti-clockwise
HOT HANDLE – Turn clockwise
5. Install handle insert (17) with screw (19). Recess in handle insert (17) must face
outwards as follows,
LEFT FACING RECESS – Hot side
RIGHT FACING RECESS – Cold Side
6. Place handles (15) on handle inserts (17). Unscrew fixing nut anti-clockwise (14) until it
just touches handle, then screw it clockwise a half turn to allow for enough clearance to
avoid any rubbing.
7. Fit handles (15) the inserts (17). Align onto the recess and tighten grub screws with the
alan key provided.
8. Tighten locknut (8) and ensure that the handles do not rub when used.
