Getting Status Information

Status Light

The LED status light located on the end of the im240 Wireless Modem
indicates your service status of your modem.
When Using Modem
Status

Flashing
Registering. Your modem is registering with your
Red
service providers' network. Please wait.
Solid
No service. Your modem can not register with
Red
the network. The modem will continue trying to
register every two minutes until it is powered off.
