USB thermal alert circuit problem, please check:
Main board :

Swap both
sub board,

Check PQ8002, PQ8006 using X-ray for SMT problems. Especially check PR8015,
it should be mounted.

Demount the shielding, power on, and probe the voltage of PR8015.1. The
voltage should be
Sub board:
1.
Swap the main board and reassemble the panel.
2.
Check
CON3201
3.
Check PU3302, PR3304 for any SMT issues.
4.
Power the sub board and probe
The pin should be
2176 USB thermal fail-BMMI
IOFPC, and
0 V
when sub board connected.
for any sunken pins, and solder skip.
0 V.
reassemble the
PR3304.1
panel.
