Using the Grater Attachment

CAUTION: Switch off the appliance and ensure all parts have stopped before

changing accessories.

1. Place the grater (14) onto the plate frame (9).

2. Place the plate frame on the container. Put the cover and main unit on the

container.

3. Insert the cheese into the food chute, ensuring it does not exceed the

'Maximum capacity for cheese' indication. Gently push the cheese into the food

chute with a food pusher.

4. Press the switch ring onto the switch dent to start grating.

Preparation

Before inserting the cheese into the grater, cut it to a size

which can be inserted into the food chute. Cut the cheese

lengthways and insert it into the chute vertically.

Please note: Soft cheeses may not grate as well as harder

cheeses such cheddar or parmesan

CAUTION: Do not stack the slicer blade and grater. This may damage the appliance

and possibly cause injury to the user.
