Pea and Ham Soup
Preparation: 10 minutes
2 medium onions, diced
1 potato, peeled and chopped
175g ham, chunks plus extra for serving
400g frozen peas
500ml ham/chicken stock
Salt and pepper, to taste

Place the onion, potato, ham, frozen peas, stock and seasoning into the soup
maker jug.

Put the lid onto the jug and lock into place.
3.
Press "ON/OFF" button. You will hear a beep.
4.
Select soup "SMOOTH" function. Allow to cook. This will take approximately 25
minutes.
5.
Serve with a sprinkling of peas and some shredded ham.
