IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read All Instructions Before Using
Be sure to read and understand the entire user manual before attempting to install or operate this
water heater. Pay particular attention to the Safety Instructions. Failure to follow these warnings could
result in serious bodily injury or death. Should you have problems understanding the instructions in
this manual, or have any questions, STOP, and get help from a qualified service technician or the
local gas utility provider.
WARNING
FIRE OR EXPLOSION HAZARD
If you smell gas:
1. Do not attempt to light appliance and make sure
appliance is in the OFF position.
2. Extinguish any nearby flame(s).
3. Shut off cylinder fuel supply valve if so equiped, or if
equipment with a disposable fuel cylinder, disconnect
the cylinder.
4. Leave the area immediately.
5. Allow gas to dissipate for 5 minutes.
Failure to follow these instructions could result in fire
or explosion, which could cause property damage,
personal injury, or death.
WARNING
Improper installation, use, adjustment, aleration,
service,or maintenance can cause injury or property
damage. Refer to this manual. For assistance or
additional information, consult a qualified installer,
service agency, or gas supplier.
WARNING
Keep this appliance away from all combustible material.
Minmum clearances rear at 20 inch, two sides at 40 inch,
top at 40 inch. Turn gas off at cylinder valve after use.
Disconnect and remove cylinder before storing this
appliance indoors.

Using it in an enclosed space with no ventilation can kill you.
Never use this appliance in an enclosed space such as a camper, tent, car or
home.
