STEP 27:
Holding the front panel in place, insert 4x long bolts (#1)
into the upper and lower holes connecting the panel to the
4x #1 Long Bolts (60mmL)
head and foot boards. DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN YET.
Step inside the bed frame to get a better view and access to
x2 #8 Nut (M6)
the next step.
On the inside of the toddler front rail, there will be 2 large
x2 #9 Split Washer (M6)
cut outs where you will be able to see the end of the
threaded rod.
x2 #10 Flat Washer (M6)
Starting at one end, apply a demi-lune washer (#11) over the
end of the threaded rod - thread on with the rounded side
first.
x2 #11 Demi-Lune Washer
Now add a flat washer (#10) then a split washer (#9),
followed by the nut (#8). Please FULLY TIGHTEN the nut
using the spanner provided.
The help of a second
REPEAT these steps at other end of the toddler side rail.

STEP 28:
With the help of a 2nd person, carefully rotate the bed frame so it is laying on
its back. Some of the hardware is still loose, so it may need supporting.
Take base panel E and re-position at the lowest level and align with the drill
holes on the lower rails of all the panels.
It is easiest to do this from the bottom of the bed.
Please ensure that the wording on the bed base is facing up.
