Check the digital audio output setting on your
connected devices.

"Audio (HDMI)" is set to "Auto".
"Dolby Digital" is set to "Dolby Digital".
"DTS" is set to "DTS".

Check that "BD/DVD Audio Output Format
(HDMI)" and "BD Audio Output Format (Optical
Digital)" are set to "Bitstream" (for system
software version 3.70).
