Product Description

The IonicRF™ generator pole mount is a bracket that provides a

method of mounting the IonicRF™ generator on a compatible

equipment pole (roll stand).

The IonicRF™ generator pole mount (hereafter referred to as the "pole

mount") is an accessory that is intended to be used to secure the

IonicRF™ generator to a compatible roll stand.

For information such as indications for use, refer to the clinician's

manual for the IonicRF™ generator.

For information related to contraindications, refer to the clinician's

manual for the IonicRF™ generator.

As an accessory, the IonicRF™ generator pole mount contributes to the

intended clinical benefit of the compatible IonicRF™ generator.

The following warnings apply to these components:

securely fastened to the roll stand. Failing to secure the pole

mount may cause the product to fall, resulting in injury or
