Mattress Base Assembly - Use Pack 'B'
i) Slide headend mattress base board
(E) up against the lifting arm stop plates.

iii) Firstly, fit both connection plates (e) to the mattress base
board (E) using bolt set (a & c), do not tighten the bolts yet.
