Assembly
Unpack the pack contents and remove any protective foils
(e.g. from the solar fi eld). Check all parts for any damages
from transport. Should you identify any transport damages,
do not use the product (!), instead please promptly consult the
customer service.
Set up the laser emitter in a place where the solar fi eld can
collect direct sunlight the whole day preferably (in open areas,
not in the shade etc.).
There are two different ways of mounting it:
Anchorage in the ground

Wall mounting
ATTENTION!
The wall must be capable of bearing the weight of the product.
Make sure that you do not drill into or destroy any lines.
Determine where lines might be running and avoid them.
1. Now hold the wall bracket on the selected area and mark the
drill holes with a pencil.
2. Drill holes where you made the marks.
3. Mount the wall bracket on the wall with the corresponding
mounting materials or other suitable mounting materials.
4. Assemble the end pieces of the fastening arm, solar unit and
laser emitter.
5. Insert the long screw through the holes in the end pieces and
screw on the wing nut.

Start-up
The rechargeable battery of the solar unit must charge
for approx. 8 to 10 hours in order for the laser emitter to
function.
1. With the laser emitter properly positioned, point it towards an
object. Make sure that the laser emitter does not emit the laser
within the fi eld of vision of persons (public walkways, roads,
windows etc.).
CAUTION Laser beam! Do not look directly into the beam
or view it with optical instruments. A laser beam could blind
you or permanently damage your eyes.
2. Switch the laser emitter on by moving the On/Off switch (2) on
the bottom of the solar unit to the position R (red light), G (green
light), or FLASH (fl ashing green and red light).
Sunlight will now charge the rechargeable battery of the solar
unit via the solar fi eld. At dusk, the laser emitter will automati-
cally turn on. At dawn, the light will turn off and the rechargeable
battery will again be recharged via the solar fi eld.
3. To turn the laser emitter off, set the On/Off switch to the OFF
position.

Disposal
The packaging material is recyclable. Dispose of the pack-
aging in an environmentally-friendly manner and make it
available to the collection service for recyclable materials.
Dispose of the product in an environmentally-friendly man-
ner. It does not belong in the household garbage. Dispose
of it at a recycling centre for old electric and electronic
equipment. For more information, please contact the ad-
ministration in your community.
Rechargeable batteries and other batteries must be re-
moved and disposed of separately before disposing of
the product. To protect the environment, batteries and re-
chargeable batteries may not be disposed of together with
normal household waste. Instead they must be turned in at
appropriate collection points. Please also observe applica-
ble statutory provisions regulating the disposal of batteries.
Removing the rechargeable battery
Loosen the screws of the solar unit. Now, you can remove the
rechargeable battery.
