Procedure

The Hold indicator illuminates.

Resuming a call from hold

Procedure
Do one of the following:
• Lift the handset.
• Pick up the handset of the phone connected in the same telephone line.
The Hold indicator turns off.

Call transfer

You can transfer a call in the following ways:
• Blind transfer: Transfer the call without speaking with the receiver first.
• Attended transfer: Transfer the call after speaking with the receiver.

Performing a blind transfer

About this task
Use this procedure to transfer a call to a person without talking to that person to inform that you
are transferring the call.
Procedure
1. During an active call, press
This places your call on hold and you hear a dial tone.
