9) Insert the 1 x Chrome Pedal Pivot Pole (10) with the now attached Foot Pedals into the 2 x

Chrome Pivot Pole Receiving Plates (9).

10) Next attach the 1 x Maple Veneered Front Plate (5) to the Seat Support Frame (7) with 2 x

Medium bolts with washers & nuts (49). Now you can fully tighten all of the bolts you put from

Steps 3 to 5.

11) Using 4 x Medium bolts with washers & nuts (49) attach the Upholstered Seat Pad (20) into

place and fully tighten. Note: the cut outs on the seat pad should be at the back of the chair.

12) Firstly, attach the 4 x springs (32+33) to the hooks at the foot pad end of the split pedals,

ensuring each Foot Pedal has 2 of each strength spring. Next, go around the back of the chair

and attach the springs to the Spring Holder Trees. Only one spring can attach to each position. To

check that the pedals hang at the same height disconnect the Connecting Bar Fastener. If they

do not hang equally, the height can be fine tuned by adjusting the hook position by loosening

the bottom nut of the hook, then adjusting the position using the top nut and re-tightening. Note:

Green= Strong & Black = Extra Strong
