5.
Unclip the valve hoses and electrical connections.
6.
Unclip the vent tube (G).
7.
Insert slide, Part No. C00222704 (5600155) inside the cabinet at the rear of the drum.
8.
Using suitable protection lay the appliance on its back.
9.
Remove the 2 nuts securing the shock absorbers to the base of the cabinet.
10. Remove tank / pump hose.
11. Carefully slide the outer drum clear protecting any wiring.
O. Front Counterweight
1.
Remove drum assembly (N).
2.
Remove 3 x T40 Bolts and lift clear.
P. Shock Absorbers
1.
Using suitable protection lean the appliance onto one side.
2.
Remove the nut securing the shock absorber to the cabinet.
3.
Push the shock absorber on the rod until it comes out of the cabinet.
4.
Remove the plastic securing bolt from drum and remove shock absorber from cabinet.
Q. Drain Pump
1.
Remove the circular plastic cover plate, turning anti-clockwise.
2.
Using suitable protection, tilt the machine backwards and support.
3.
Remove the pump fixing screws and disconnect the hoses and wiring.
R. Power Module
Replacement Power Modules no longer have a replaceable EEPROM.
1.
Remove the back panel (B).
2.
Remove the screw and hardware key cover securing the module support to the cabinet.
3.
Disconnect the wiring - note the plug positions.
4.
Lift the module and support clear.
Note:- To remove or fit the Eeprom (if fitted), use Eeprom Removal Tool (Part No. C00066292)
as shown on the right.
On the original control board, the Eeprom is soldered to the board and cannot be removed.
