Turn on power
Check power supply and wire gauge
Check nameplate voltage
Check connection to terminals
Wire according to supplied diagram
Manually operate to mid position
Refer to section on jamming
Reset travel stops
Clear objects
Check torques
Turn handle slowly while pulling lever
Refer to section on jamming
Turn off power
Check duty cycle – tune control loop
Check ambient temperature
