Safe sampling
WARNING!
Bodily injury due to uncontrolled escaping liquid
under pressure.
`
`
Wear the appropriate protective clothing.
Point sampling/soil sample
1. Slide the wiping ring  to the desired sampling
depth.
2. Slide the piston rod  with the aid of the handle 
into the instrument up to the stop.
3. Submerge the instrument into the medium to be
sampled up to the desired depth / to the ground.
4. Pull the handle. Thereby, the medium is sucked in by
the piston.
5. Remove the instrument from the medium to be
sampled.
6. Empty the sample into a suitable collecting cont-
ainer by sliding in the piston rod.
All-layer sample
1. Slide the wiping ring  to the desired sampling
depth.
2. Slide the piston rod  with the aid of the handle 
into the instrument up to the stop.
3. Pull the handle while submerging the instrument
into the medium to be sampled up to the desired
