Loading the battery

Make sure that the camera's power
switch is set to

Slide the battery compartment lock to
and open the battery compartment
cover.

Load the battery as shown in the
illustration.
Unloading the battery
Make sure the power switch is set to
OFF
and the card access lamp is not
blinking.
Tilt the camera while holding in the
battery. Carefully remove the battery
without dropping it.
