Installation Instructions and Standard Configuration Options
Email / FTP Tab:
Use this option if you wish to Email (or FTP) files to a Typist from the ODMS R6 software. Instructions for
Email only are covered below.
Click on "E-mail" in the left column
Click on the "Add" button to add your email profile
Choose the appropriate email type from the list
If you choose "Internet Email (POP3/SMTP)", you must complete all the fields in the "Settings for
POP/SMTP Server" screen.
This information can be found in your email program. If you don't know where to find the information,
contact your Internet/Email provider or your IT Consultant.
