Call Pickup

Pick Up groups allow users to answer other users' phones without having to
actually go to the phone that is ringing.
OPTION 1: Previewing call before answering.
 Lift handset, press More and PickUp and the Answer
soft keys to answer call in own pickup group.
 Lift handset and press More and OPickUp and the
Answer soft keys to answer call from pre-determined
set of pickup groups.
 Lift handset and press More and GpickUp soft keys
and then the call pickup group number to answer call
in another call pickup group. Press the Answer soft
key.
OPTION 2: Automatically answering pickup calls.
 Lift handset and press PickUp soft key to answer call
in own pickup group.
 Lift handset and press OPickUp soft key to answer call
from pre-determined set of pickup groups.
 Lift handset and press GpickUp soft key and then the
call pickup group number to answer call in another
call pickup group.
Forward All Calls
Forwarding all calls is similar to a "Do Not Disturb" feature.
 Press CFwdAll soft key. After you hear 2 beeps enter
number to forward all calls to. (To forward all calls to
voice mail, press messages button.) Flashing arrow
on LCD indicates calls are forwarded.
Press CfwdAll soft key again to cancel the forwarding
option. You will hear 1 beep. The flashing arrow will
disappear.

Forward Calls Per Line
 From main menu select User Options>Device and select
device.
 Press Line Settings.
 Select phone line to forward.
 In the Incoming Call Forwarding area, choose call forward
settings, and press Save.
Change Ring Per Line
 From main menu select User Options>Device and select
device.
 Press Line Settings.
 Select phone line to change ring.
 In the Ring Settings area, choose ring settings, and press
Save.
Change Phone Line Label
 From main menu select User Options>Device and select
device.
 Press Line Settings.
 Select phone line to change label.
 In the Line Text Label area, enter or change phone line
label, and press Save.
