Remove and retain the tie bar fixing bolts from the top flange and remove the top flange.

Remove tie bars to allow the tube to be lifted out of the bottom tube flange. If tube is difficult to remove from
flange remove the lower buffer seal.
9.
Discard the tube and buffer seals.
