Proper use
•
The product is suitable for use as an indoor decoration.
•
The product is not suitable for outdoor use.
•
The product is designed for private use and is not intended
for commercial use. Only use the product for the intended pur-
pose and only as described in the instructions. Any other use is
deemed improper.
•
Defects arising due to improper handling, damage or attempts
at repair are excluded from the warranty. This also applies to
normal wear and tear.
Safety notes
•
Batteries may be life threatening if swallowed. Therefore keep
the batteries and product out of the reach of children and ani-
mals. If a battery has been swallowed, you must seek immedi-
ate medical attention.
•
Risk of suffocation! Keep the packaging material away from
children and animals.
•
The product is not a toy! Keep children and animals away from
the product.
•
Only use and store the product out of the reach of children and
animals.
•
Before inserting the battery, make sure that the contacts in the
battery compartment and on the battery are clean and, if neces-
sary, clean them.
•
Only use the battery type specifi ed in the technical data (see
section "Technical data").
•
When replacing the batteries, make sure that the polarity (+/–)
is correct.
•
Remove the battery from the battery compartment if it is empty
or if you are no longer using the product. This way, you can
avoid damages attributed to leaking.
•
If the battery has been leaked, avoid contact of the skin, eyes
and mucous membranes with the battery acid. In the event of
contact with the battery acid, rinse the affected areas instantly
with plenty of clean water and immediately consult a physician.
•
Immediately remove any leaking batteries from the battery com-
partment. Clean the contacts before you insert a new battery.
•
The battery may not be charged or reactivated with other
means, may not be disassembled, disposed of in fi re, immersed
in a liquid or short-circuited.
•
Do not allow the product to fall and do not subject it to severe
percussions.
•
Maintain adequate distance to candles, fi replaces, stovetops or
other fi re and heat sources.
•
Make sure that there is no risk of the product falling in water or
other liquids.
•
If one of the products in the delivery is defective, do not attempt
to repair it yourself. In the event of damage, contact the cus-
tomer service department.
•
When needed, wipe the product off with a dust cloth.
•
Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures, direct sun-
light, severe changes in temperature or moisture.

Product contents
•
1 x decorative LED ball, Ø 7.7 cm (including batteries)
•
1 x decorative LED ball, Ø 11.7 cm (without batteries)
•
1 x decorative LED ball, Ø 14.8 cm (without batteries)
Before fi rst use
•
Unpack all parts. Check the product contents for any damages
from transport. Remove any foils, stickers and transport guards
if present. Should you identify any transport damages, do not
use the product (!), instead please promptly consult the cus-
tomer service.
•
Insert batteries in the product (see chapter "Inserting/changing
batteries").
Inserting/changing batteries
1. Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the product.
2. Remove empty batteries, if present.
3. Insert new batteries (see chapter "Technical data"). When you
insert the batteries, make sure the polarity is correct (+/-).
4. Close the battery compartment.
Use
•
To activate the decorative LED ball, set the On/Off switch on the
bottom of the decorative ball to the ON position. The LED will
be illuminated and change colour at regular intervals.
•
To deactivate the decorative LED ball, set the On/Off switch to
the OFF position.
Cleaning
•
Do not use any abrasive or scouring cleaners or cleaning pads
to clean the product. They could damage the surface.
If needed, clean the decorative LED balls with a soft dust cloth.

Model HHE-003, Ø 11.7 cm:

not included in the product contents!

Please note that you need different battery types for
each of the decorative ball models.
ATTENTION!
The packaging material is recyclable. Dispose of the
packaging in an environmentally-friendly manner and
make it available to the collection service for recyclable
materials.
Dispose of the product in an environmentally-friendly
manner. The product does not belong in the household
garbage. Dispose of it at a recycling centre for old
electric and electronic equipment. For more information,
please contact the administration in your community.
Batteries must be removed and disposed of separately
before disposing of the product. To protect the
environment, batteries and rechargeable batteries may
not be disposed of together with normal household
waste. Instead they must be turned in at appropriate
collection points. Please also observe applicable
statutory provisions regulating the disposal of batteries.
