7. The fruit or vegetable can now be placed onto the peeler. Position it onto the spikes of the

holder

8. Release the locking hook

9. Operate the crank handle so that the fruit or vegetable moves towards the peeling knife and the

core remover.

10. The appliance will peel, slice and remove the core of the fruit or vegetable.

11. Remove the fruit or vegetable from the Deluxe Apple Peeler.

12. Remove the core from the holder, fix the peeling knife with the locking hook and move the crank

handle back into its original position.

Additional operating advice

The thickness of the peeling is adjustable. Remove the wing nut from the peeling knife, re-

position the knife to the correct width and tighten again.

The cut fruit or vegetable comes out of the

individual slices, place the fruit or vegetable on a chopping board and make a straight cut

through the middle.

If you wish your fruit or vegetable to be peeled without having its core removed and without

having it sliced, simply detach the core remover from the appliance

Clean the

Apple Peeler after every use. Take off the peeling knife and core remover

and wash separately.
