5) Insert the black plastic bush (30) into the maple panel as shown in Fig. 4. Attach the 2 x Maple

Veneered Side Panels (1+2) loosely to the Seat Support Frame (7) with 4 x Medium bolts with blue

loctite & washers (47) (2 bolts per side). See Fig.4. Do not fully tighten at this stage.

6) Attach the 2 x Handle Holders (15) using 2 x Long eyelet bolt (38) (in a vertical position) and 2 x

Extra long bolt with loctite, nuts & washers (51) for the top (1 of each bolt for each side panel). For

the bottom use 4 x Extra long bolt with loctite, nuts & washers (51) (2 bolts for each side

panel). See Fig.5. Do not fully tighten all of the bolts at this stage, otherwise you will have difficultly

when inserting the Foot Pedals into the Chrome Pivot Pole Receiving Plates.
