Fm 75Ω ANTENNA

3.5 mm FM antenna connector. See "Using an external antenna" on page 21.

Bose link

Input connector for the SoundTouch™ pedestal.

AUx IN

3.5 mm stereo input connector for external sources. See "Using the AUX IN connector" on page 20.

HEADPHONES

A 3.5 mm stereo headphone connector. See "Using headphones" on page 20.

Control button

Places the system in the Power Saving mode (page 26) or initiates an alternate system setup method (page 26).

Wi-Fi

status indicator:

• Off – No power to the SoundTouch

• White (blinking fast) – Attempting to connect to the network

• White – Connected to the network and active

• Amber (blinking) – Failed to connect or network error

• Amber (blinking fast) – Firmware error - Call Bose service

Ethernet connector

Used for a wired network connection.

SETUP A

A USB Micro-B input used for connecting to a computer for performing system setup.

SETUP B

A USB Standard-A input reserved for future use.

SERVICE

Used for special service functions. Not for customer use.
