I. Safety instructions

- Protect the device from dirt, moisture,

overheating, and extreme temperatures

and only use it in dry rooms.

- Do not drop the product and do not

expose it to any major shocks.

- Only use suitable charging devices or USB

connections for charging.

- Do not charge devices or USB connec-

tions that are defective and do not try to

repair them yourself.

- Do not overcharge the product or allow

the battery to completely discharge.

Discharge & recharge the product at least

every 3 months.

- This product is no toy, and should not be

given to children.

- In case of a leaking batterie avoid a con-

tact with skin or eyes. If a direct contact

occurs, wash with plenty of water and

consult a doctor.

- This product must only be built in and

repaired by professionals.

- Do not open the device. Stop using the

device if it becomes damaged.

- Take care that safety relevant components

or your view on the road do not get

blocked by electronic components.

- Do not place the speakerphone above the

area of the safety airbag, since this can

lead to serious injuries.

- Always keep the road traffic regulations of

the related country in mind during use.

- Only use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device.

V. Operation

- Connect the plug of the supplied cable

(10) with the related charging connector

(1).

- Connect the other side of the cable with

a suitable source of energy. Always con-

sider the mentioned voltage and power

information on your devices in this step.

- Wait until the product is fully charged

before you continue. Disconnect the

cable after the charging, to conserve the

battery life.

- The LED indicator (3) lights up red

during charging and turns off when the

battery is charged

- If the LED indicator light flashes or lights

up, switch off the device by keeping

the On-/Off-Switch (5) pressed for 5

seconds.

- Keep the On-Off Switch (5) pressed for

3 seconds, until the LED starts alternate

flashing in red and blue color.

- Go to the Bluetooth settings of your

smartphone and search for following

device: 4smarts B5

- If you are asked to enter a code after

successfully connecting, you can use the

code „0000".

- The LED indicator light (3) shows the

successful connection by flashing with

only blue light.

- The devices are now successfully

connected. From now on, the connection

will be set up automatically.

- Briefly press the On / off switch (5)

to switch the device on or off without

interrupting the connection.

- Deactivate the Bluetooth function on your

connected device if you want to connect

a second device simultaneously. Repeat

the above steps on your second device,

and activate the Bluetooth at the first

device at the very end. The product now

connects to both devices at the same

time (MultiPoint).
