Corrective Action
Verify that the unit is connected to a live
power source.
Verify power connection to fixture is
fully engaged.
Confirm connection to blower; connection is tight and
makes full contact.
Replace blower motor.
Confirm contact of lamp and lampholder is tight, and
that lampholder is making full contact with lamp.
Swap suspect lamp with known good lamp position. If
suspect lamp still does not operate, replace lamp.
If steps above do not fix problem, replace ballast
corresponding to non-functioning lamp.
Install lamps.
Confirm access cover is on and latched.
Replace interlock switch.
