Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
Please ensure to follow this instruction sheet for years of problem free use
from your Micro CCX minipump.
Step 2 - Mounting Pump to Bicycle
Most bicycles will provide one or
two sets of pre-drilled holes in the
bike frame to which you can screw
the bracket. If you have a water bottle
holder, you can simply mount the
pump bracket under the water bottle
holder. Some bicycles will have
mounting holes on the vertical bar
between where the seat pole sits in the
frame and the pedal housing.
Step 3 - Maintenance
Place a drop of lubricating oil onto the
pump shaft every 3 months.

Step 4 - How to Use Pump Effectively
Your new micro pump is designed for high performance use whenever you
need it. However, like any tool, it must be correctly used. Please follow the
steps below carefully:
1. Place the mouth of the pump over the valve so that most of the valve is in
the mouth of the pump. If your tire is dead flat you may have to put your other
hand under the tire where the base of the valve is and push the valve firmly
into the pump mouth.
2. Once the valve is pushed into the pump mouth, then pull back the silver
clamp to lock the mouth onto the valve.
3. Before beginning to pump, ensure that you use both hands at all times so
that you keep the pump firmly in one place. Your first hand should be holding
onto the head of the pump firmly with fingers also wrapped around wheel
spokes to ensure the pump head stays in place. Use your second hand to
pump. WARNING: If you do not use one hand to support the head of the pump
all of your pumping force will be pushing against your valve and you run the
risk of damaging the valve.
4. Achieving pressure. Your new micro pump is micro in size and designed to
be super lightweight for emergency situations. As it is small, it does not move a
lot of air volume. If your tire is dead flat, you will need to be patient and
continue pumping until pressure is achieved.
