H. Door
1.
Open the door.
2.
Unscrew the two screws (T15 screws) securing the door to the hinge and take off the drip tray
pulling it upwards.
3.
Remove the handle by sliding towards hinge.
4.
Separate the cover from the rest of the door by inserting a flat blade screwdriver between cover
and door body, apply gentle pressure to part the two sections.
5.
Remove the door lock support pin with pliers.
I.
Door Seal
1.
Open the door.
2.
Remove the seal between the door and the front by releasing the front clamp band.
3.
Remove the plastic programme guide located on the front panel behind door.
4.
Remove the 2 screws located behind plastic programme guide securing the water distributor.
5.
Pull the door seal away from its housing on the front.
6.
Disconnect water distributor by cutting cable tie.
J.
Conductivity Sensor
1.
Ensure the tub is empty of water.
2.
Switch the water off, lay the appliance on its right hand side to gain access to the sensor.
3.
Remove the conductivity sensor cable from the sensor.
4.
Unscrew the conductivity sensor.
K. Mains Cable/ Suppressor
1.
Remove top cover (A).
2.
Remove the screw securing the suppressor and mains cable unit to the cabinet.
3.
Lift unit upwards and withdraw from the cabinet.
L.
Motor
1.
Remove the six screws securing back panel (B) to gain access to the belt.
2.
Release the belt from the motor pulley.
3.
Remove the bolts securing the motor to tank. The motor must be supported when removing the
last bolt.
4.
Carefully lift motor clear.
M. Pulley Removal
1.
Remove the back panel (B).
2.
Using Pulley Locking Tool, Part No. C00560114 (560114) and Torx T40 bit Part No. C00222538
(5500048), remove the pulley fixing screw and ease pulley away from shaft.
N. Drum Assembly
1.
Remove the top cover (A), back panel (B), mains cable / suppressor (K) and motor (L).
2.
Remove the top counterweight (C).
3.
Remove the screws securing the drain pump to the front panel.
4.
Disconnect the wiring attached to the outer drum via cable clips.
