of frying pans. For an energy-effi cient preparation it is recom-
mended to choose a hob that corresponds to the pan.

IMPORTANT NOTES
■
This pans are designed for preparing foods on all conventional
stove types (gas, electrical, induction stove).
■
The pans are suitable for use in the oven up to max. 200 °C.
■
The pans are not suitable for the microwave.
■
Risk of suffocation! Keep children and animals away from
the packaging material.
■
Burn hazard! The pans getting hot during use. Be careful
when carrying a pan if it contains hot contents. Only take hold
of the pan by the handle. For your safety, use pot holders or
kitchen gloves. Never leave the hot pan within the reach of
children or animals!
■
Fire hazard! Never leave a pan unattended. Hot grease / oil
could catch fi re if it is overheated. In case of fi re: Do not use
water to extinguish grease / oil; instead smother fl ames with a
blanket or similar or use a suitable fi re extinguisher to put out
the grease fi re!
■
Danger of overheating! Avoid overheating a pan. Please
keep in mind that induction stoves heat faster than other stove
types. Never leave a pan unattended when in use. If you heat
up an empty pan, the material may overheat and be damaged
and smoke may form. If this is the case, immediately turn off
the stove, take the pan off of the hot stovetop and make sure
the room is adequately ventilated.

Noises attributed to the electromagnetic properties of induc-
tion stoves and induction cookware may appear. These noises
are attributed to technical reasons and are no indication of a
defective stove or cookware.
■
Check the bottom of the pans for damage prior to each use!
Do not use a pan if its base exhibits any scratches, grooves or
irregularities. Do not slide a pan over the glass ceramic hob;
otherwise it could be scratched. The manufacturer is not lia-
ble for damages caused by improper use!
■
Only use suitable cooking utensils like a wooden or plastic spa-
tula or cooking spoon for frying.
■
Never pour cold water into a hot pan. The coat may be dama-
ged during the process.
■
Do not allow the pans to fall or expose it to severe percussions.
■
Do not use the pans if they are damaged.
■
There may be some production residues stuck to it. Before fi rst
use, boil out the pans with water and clean it thoroughly (see
below).
■
Only use the pans as described in these instructions. Any
other use is deemed improper.
■
The pans are intended for private use and not commercial use.
■
Defects arising due to improper handling or damage are exclu-
ded from the warranty. This also applies to normal wear and
tear.

Before fi rst use
Unpack all parts, check whether the product contents are comple-
te (see "Product contents") and check for damage from transport.
Do not use the parts if they are damaged (!), instead contact cus-
tomer service.
Use
1. First warm the pan up a little.
2. Pour fat into the empty pan and then select the required frying/
cooking temperature; this will prevent overheating.
3. Once the fat has spread evenly, add the food to be fried and
reduce the temperature.
4. Initially the food to be fried will stick to the pan, but after a few
seconds it will detach itself. Only then should you turn it and
fi nish frying at a lower setting.
Cleaning and storage
ATTENTION!
■
Burn hazard! Let the pans cool off completely before you
clean it.
■
Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaners or cleaning
pads. They could damage the surface.

If possible, rub the pans out with a paper towel or by hand after
use, clean it with a mild detergent and warm water. If neces-
sary, soften any dried on residue in hot water.
•
The pans are suitable for the dishwasher. However, frequent
washing with detergent in the dishwasher could damage the
coating and the fi tted parts; we therefore recommend that you
clean the product by hand.
•
Thoroughly dry off the pans after cleaning.
•
Store the pans in a clean, dry area that is not accessible to
children and animals.
Disposal
The packaging material is recyclable. Dispose of the pack-
aging in an environmentally-friendly manner and make it
available to the collection service for recyclable materials.
Also dispose of the product in an environmentally-friendly
manner. You can obtain more information from the admin-
istration in your community.
