Operation manual RCWC-04D11

Basic information

About the manual

This manual describes the correct operation of compressor
condenser unit RCWC-04D11 and the coolers connected to it,
powered with 380V AC 50Hz.
This unit is equipped with a control panel for controlling the
regime, protections of the compressor based on maximum current,
pressure of refrigerant outside the working area, cooling water flow,
control on the defrosting cycle of the evaporator, control on the fan
evaporator and the temperature in the refrigerated rooms.
This manual shall be read carefully. This is the only way to
ensure the correct operation of the unit.

Description of the system

The compressor condenser unit RCWC-04D11 combined with
forced air coolers is designed to cool up to two refrigerated room -
with up to +2°C in one of them and up to -18°C in the other.
Two compressor condenser groups have been mounted in the
chassis, where the dimensions of each one have been determined so
that it can supply the two refrigerated rooms. The first group is the
operating ones and the second one is back-up.
Cooling takes place through evaporation of liquefied refrigerant in
the heat exchanger of the coolers, which are blown by fans. The
liquefied refrigerant (freon) is supplied to the coolers in a separate
copper pipe with
of 10 mm for each cooler. An expansion valve is
located in the cooler, where the agent is throttled, the pressure is
reduced and the heat is absorbed and entered in the heat exchanger.
The evaporated freon in a gas condition goes to the inlet of the
compressor through a copper isolated pipeline with
piston group, the compressor pressurizes the freon and the hot steam
enters the condenser, where it is cooled by the circulating water.
