Weighing

WARNING against injuries

- Do not step onto the scales with wet feet or when its surface is damp.

Risk of slipping!

- Position yourself on the scales. Remain standing still and do not hold

on to anything.

The scale switches on and the display flashes shortly afterwards: The weight

measurement is displayed in the selected unit of measure.

A few seconds after you step off the weighing surface, the scales will switch

off automatically.

 Weigh yourself with as little clothing on as possible.

 Try to weigh yourself always at the same time and under consistent

conditions in order to obtain comparable values.

Reset the scale to its default settings if unusual or obviously incorrect values are

shown on the display.

3. Remove the batteries from the battery compartment and wait a moment.

4. Re-insert the batteries. Pay attention to the correct polarity of the batteries

(+/-). The plus pole (+) must point upwards.

After switching the scales on, you can weigh yourself as usual.

NOTE on material damage

- Do not immerse the scale in water or other liquids.

- Do not under any circumstances use harsh, scouring or abrasive

cleaning agents or the like to clean the scale. Otherwise, the

surface could be scratched.

- Wipe the scale as needed with a slightly damp soft cloth.

- Disinfect the weighing surface from time to time using a suitable

disinfecting agent (available at specialist retailers and pharmacies).
