9 Repair and maintenance
Attention!
When performing any repair or maintenance, the general safety rules and provisions must be
adhered to!
In order to guarantee a troublefree function of the dryer the device should be cleaned
regularly. The following procedure is instead recommended:
Check function of the connected hygrostat.
Switch off the dryer at the main power switch.
Dismantle the cover. The cover must be put down cautiously on a tender subsoil that they
do not topple over and it can not come to disadvantages at the surface.
Take the filter and clean it or dispose
If necessary: Blow out device cautiously with compressed air. (wear protective goggles!)
In this case, it might ensure that all components are cleaned. (Compressor, evaporator,
condenser, ect.)
Check the drain and the hose. Make sure that the condensate can flow off certainly.
Install new or cleaned filter.
If necessary: Connect new hygrostat.
Mount the cover.
Clean the case with a moist towel. Do not use aggressive Detergent.
Switch on the main power switch.

This cleaning is without fail regularly required!
No other maintenance work is required for the air dryer.
