1. To avoid electric shock and fire hazards, plug the air conditioner directly into an
appropriate electrical outlet(120V AC). Do not alter the electrical plug that is in
disrepair or with electrical connections such as an extension cord.
2. Do not insert any objects or fingers into the air conditioner. This may result in
damage to the air conditioner or electric shock.
3. Do not block the air intake or outlet grill as it could damage the air conditioner.
4. Do not use the air conditioner outside or in a wet environment such as a bathroom.
Do not let the air conditioner come in contact with water.
5. Unplug the air conditioner when not in use.
6. Open the bottom drain plug if the air conditioner will not be used for an extended
period of time.
7. Only run the unit on a flat, stable surface and where the air conditioner is upright to
ensure proper operation.
8. Do not place anything on top of the unit.
9. Do not locate the air conditioner directly beneath a wall outlet.
0. Do not place the unit directly on or against soft furnishings (for example curtains),
near heat sources (for example heaters, ovens, fireplaces, etc), or near flammable
materials, combustible gases, oxygen tanks, etc.
0. Do not touch any part of the air conditioner if your hands are wet.
0. If the power cord is damaged in any way, it must be replaced by the manufacturer
or its service agent or a similarly qualified individual to prevent a hazard.
NOTE: The air-conditioner can be connected only to a supply with system
impedance no more than 0.4582 ohms.
