OPERATION

LANDING

▼ 1. When the battery falls below a certain voltage, the auto-cut system will ensure that power to the

motor is cut so that sufficient battery remains for radio operation. Typically, flight times of around 3

to 4 minutes per charge will be possible.

▼ 2. As the power

begins to reduce,

prepare for landing

by performing a

large circuit and

make your final

turn in towards the

wind. Always land

into wind.

Use the ailerons and elevator to keep the

model level. Just before touch down, apply

a little up elevator to 'flair' on landing.

Try to keep the model horizontal

using gentle elevator control.

Final circuit

Landing into wind

Use the throttle stick to reduce the power and

control the model's height while landing.

Begin the landing approach

facing into wind. Keep the wings

level using the ailerons.
