When prompted, press "Ctrl + H" to access the RocketRAID 600L series

BIOS Utility.

Note: Scan time may vary depending on the disk's make/model and

disk related features such as Staggered Drive Spinup.

Driver and Software Installation (Windows)

1. After installing the RocketRAID 600L series host adapter, boot to

the Windows operating system.

2. Windows should automatically detect the card, and display the

"Found New Hardware Wizard".

3. Insert the HighPoint software CD into the CD/DVD drive.

4. Windows will display a popup window about the CD auto-run

program. Click "RunSetup.exe" to continue.

5. The HighPoint software Install program interface will be displayed.

Click the "Install Driver" button to install the Device Driver for

RocketRAID 600L series HBA.

6. Click the "Install Driver" button. The interface will install the

RocketRAID 600L driver, automatically.

7. Right-click the "RAID Controller" entry and select "Update Driver

Software".

8. Browse to the location of the driver and click "Next".
