On the keyboard connected to the NAS system, press <F2> immediately after you see

Press <F2> to enter the Function Select menu.
From the menu, select option 4, Reinstallation, and then type y to confirm the

selection.
This setup process might take several minutes.
When the screen warns that you are going to update your firmware, type y.

Press y again to confirm the selection.

When the screen prompts you to reboot your system, reboot the system.
