4. To turn the air pump to "Always On" mode, press the Power button once and air will continuously flow
out of the air pump. The battery indicator flashes blue several times to show the current amount of air
flow, and then the battery indicator turns green again to display the amount of battery life. Also, the red
"On" light is lit to show that the air pump is running.
5. To turn the air pump to "Power Save" mode, press the Power button a second time, and the pump will
cycle between pumping air for 15 seconds and not pumping air for 15 seconds. If the air pump is
unplugged from the electrical outlet or a power outage has occurred, cycling the air flow helps to
conserve usage of the rechargeable battery. During this mode, the blue "Power Save" light is lit.
6. To turn the air pump off, press the Power button a third time. During this mode, the battery indicator,
red "On" light, and blue "Power Save" light are all unlit. Press the Power again to cycle through the
three modes of operation.
7. To adjust the amount of air flow, the pump must be in "Always On" or "Power Save" mode. Press the
Adjustment button once, and the battery indicator will flash blue several times to display the current air
flow level. While the battery indicator is still flashing blue, press the Adjustment button again to change
the air flow level by 1 increment. (The desired air flow level cycles from 1 to 5 bars, meaning that you
need to increase the setting to the maximum air flow of 5 bars before it goes back down to the minimum
air flow of 1 bar.) When the desired air flow level is reached, do not touch the Adjustment button for
about 2 seconds. Once the blinking stops and the battery indicator turns green again, the desired air
flow level has been set and will be saved in memory even if the pump is turned off or loses power.
8. If the air pump is in "Always On" or "Off" mode and loses power (e.g., if the air pump is unplugged or a
power outage occurs), then the air pump automatically enters into "Always On" mode and will stay in
that mode even if the power returns. However, if the air pump is in "Power Save" mode and loses
power, then it will stay in "Power Save" mode. When fully charged and set at maximum air flow, the air
pump can run continuously in "Always On" mode for approximately 8 hours and can run in "Power
Save" mode for 16 hours or more. Operational time can be further extended by reducing the air flow
level.
