Fluorescence Observation
Start DP Controller.
Set up the microscope.
Display the preview image.
Set the exposure mode.
Exposure mode?
SFL Auto
Select the metering area (30%,
1% or 0.1%).
Adjust framing and focusing.
Exposure mode?
SFL Auto
Move the metering area and
correct exposure.
Adjust the black balance.
Record an image.
Select DP Manager.
Perform zooming and scrolling.
Save the image.
