Fit the piston stems to the lower axles.

Hold up each support bar.

Slide the headend mattress base
board (E) into position up against the
support bar stops.

Slide the piston stems onto the lower threaded axles and fit the
lock-nuts (h) using spanner (j).
Please Note;
Do not over-tighten - a small gap needs to be left see sketch below.

Untie the two mechanisms.
Lift up mattress base board support bars.
