3.5 Sensor supply connection
Connect sensor supply for rotary encoder, proximity switch, etc.
to the contacts 7 and 8. Do not use the encoder supply to supply
nonearthed inductive or capacitive loads.
The sensor power supply is short-circuit proof.
Voltage supply
85...265 VAC = 18 VDC ±10 %
10...26 VAC = 9...34 VDC
10...26 VDC = 7 ...28 VDC
3.6 Interface connection
The serial interface is capable of executing the following functions:
- Accessing data
- Programming parameters
Interface parameters are as follows:
- Data transmission rate (baud rate),
- Parity bit,
- Number of stop bits
- Address used to access the control unit from a master computer.
The interface parameters can be set in the programming mode
(lines 51 to 54).
