PROBLEM
Pump will not run when
switch is pushed "ON"
Low Suction
Pump runs, but no

TROUBLESHOOTING :
CAUSE
Bad fuse
Overheated pump due to extended
operation with obstructed output
Defective Pump
Loose bottle cap or tubing connection
Vacuum line cracked, leaking
Bacteria filter is clogged
Vacuum regulator is leaking (for
Gauge/Regulator versions)
Disconnected vacuum lines
Bacteria filter is clogged
Pump defective
Collection unit is full
Battery is bad
Electromagnetic interference can be reduced by keeping sensitive equipment at least one
MOBILE CHARGING JACK
SOLENOID
IEC CONNECTOR
POWER SUPPLY CONNECTOR J3
SOLUTION
Replace fuse (see Sect. 4.7)
Let cool and remove obstruction
Replace pump (see Sect. 4.8)
Check all connections
Tighten cap (AC)
Replace the vacuum line
Replace filter
Clean or replace needle
Check all tubing
Replace filter
Replace pump (see Sect. 4.8)
Empty or replace collection unit
Turn unit on and off and let charge for
8 hours. If light continues to flash
replace battery (see Sect. 4.6)
