COOLMATIC function
When the appliance is used as a fridge.
The maximum performance is obtained by setting the COOLMATIC function. It's recom‐
mended when loading large quantities of food.
To activate the function, do these steps:
1. Press the TURBO FROSTMATIC button.
2. The TURBO FROSTMATIC indicator will light up and the Temperature indicator shows
IC.
To deactivate the function, do these steps:
1. Press the TURBO FROSTMATIC button.
2. The TURBO FROSTMATIC indicator goes out.
The COOLMATIC function stops automatically after about 6 hours.
High temperature alarm
When the appliance is used as a freezer:
Temperature increase in the freezing mode (for example due to an earlier power failure or
door is open) is indicated by:
• Alarm light flashing
• flashing temperature
• sounding of buzzer
When normal conditions are restored:
• the acoustic alarm stops
• the temperature value continues to flash
• the Alarm light continues to flash
When you press the Alarm reset button to deactivate the alarm, the highest temperature
reached in the compartment appears on indicator
Then it returns on the normal operation showing the temperature of the selected com‐
partment.
During the alarm phase, the buzzer can be switched off by pressing the Alarm reset button.

door is open) is indicated by:
• Alarm light flashing
• flashing temperature
• sounding of buzzer
When normal conditions are restored:
• the acoustic alarm stops
• the temperature value stops flash
• the Alarm light stops
During the alarm phase, the buzzer can be switched off by pressing the Alarm reset button.
Door open alarm
An acoustic alarm will sound if the door is left open for a few minutes. The door open alarm
conditions are indicated by:
• Alarm light flashing
Control panel
for some seconds.
