Possible Cause

Possible Solution
Plug in the air purifier
Press
to turn it on
Check circuits, fuses,
try a different outlet
Make sure side air inlets
or top air outlet are not
blocked
Vacuum the pre-filter with
the brush attachment of
your vacuum cleaner
Replace the filter
Replace the filter
Place the unit on a flat
and level surface
Press and hold the Filter
Status Indicator for approx.
5s to reset the indicator
