Cleaning and Maintenance

Please note this appliance is not dishwasher safe.

Main Unit

• Use a damp cloth with mild, liquid detergent to clean the main unit.

• Do not immerse the main unit in water.

Blades and inserts

• Prior to use, brush the blades with cooking oil to prevent the blades from

staining.

• Wash blades under warm, running water.

• Handle the blades with care.

• The blades might stain if they are not washed straight away after use.

Food Pusher

• Wash the food pusher in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

Cover and containers

• Wash the cover and container with warm water and a mild, liquid detergent.

Storage

For ease of storage, all of the attachments handily fit inside the container. Simply,

slide the collection cup into the container and place the blades and inserts into the

collection cup. Place the grater onto the plate frame and put it in the large

container. Put the cover, main unit and food pushers on the container.
