Removing the handle

Safety and care information

• Before first use, clean the pan with warm water and dry thoroughly.

• Do not use any abrasives such as scouring pads to clean the griddle pan as this

will damage the surface of the pan.

• Whilst in use, do not leave the pan unattended.

• Allow the pan to fully cool before washing. In order to prolong the life span of

the griddle pan, we recommend washing the pan in warm, soapy water after

use. Using a dishwasher can release properties of the non-stick coating.

1. Pull the switch on the handle of

the pan in towards the end of the

pan handle.

2. Lift the handle up at an

approximate 45 degree angle and

lift the handle away from the pan.
