IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

■

This article is suitable for dry and wet cleaning of smooth sur-

faces (ﬂ oors, stairs etc.).

■

The article is designed for personal use only and is not in-

tended for commercial applications. The article should only

be used as described in these instructions. Any other use is

deemed to be improper.

■

The following are excluded from the warranty: all defects

caused by improper handling, damage or unauthorised at-

tempts at repair. This also applies to normal wear and tear.

■

Keep children and animals away from the packaging material.

There is a danger of suffocation!

■

Only use the accessory parts from the manufacturer.

■

Do not drop the article or subject it to heavy impacts.

■

Maintain a sufﬁ cient distance from sources of heat such as

hobs, ovens, ﬁ replaces or naked ﬂ ames etc.

■

Do not expose the article to extreme temperatures, strong tem-

perature ﬂ uctuations or direct sunlight.

Items Supplied and Article Overview

Before Initial Use

Water residues in the water container are attributable to

quality checks.

1. Unpack all parts and remove all protective ﬁ lms or stickers.

Check the items supplied for possible transport damage. If you

should ﬁ nd any transport damage, do not use the article(!), but

contact the customer service department immediately.

2. Plug together the upper (3), middle (4) and lower (5) shaft as

well as the cleaning foot (9). All parts must engage in one an-

other.

Use

CAUTION!

Make sure when cleaning laminate ﬂ oors that not too much

cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the ﬂ oor as otherwise the lami-

nate could swell!

1. Remove the water container (6) from

the spray head (7).

2. Unscrew the lid from the water con-

tainer (6).

3. Pour water and if necessary cleaning

agent into the water container (6).

Note: If you are cleaning fairly large sur-

faces, the water container (6) may need to

be topped up in between times.

4. Screw the lid onto the water container (6) and plug the water

container (6) with the lid ﬁ rst into the spray head (7). Make sure

that it engages in place.

5. Attach mop attachments to the cleaning foot (9) if necessary

(Velcro fasteners).

6. Start cleaning the ﬂ oor: Press the spray trigger (2) a few times

to make the ﬂ oor damp.

7. Mop the wet ﬂ oor using the cleaning foot with the three mop

attachments (9). Respray the ﬂ oor if necessary.

8. To allow you to clean under shelves,

cupboards or similar furniture, press

the release button (A) and pull the

ﬂ exible neck (B) to the length you

want. Let go of the release button

(A) again. Make sure that it locks

correctly.

After Use

1. Always empty the water container (6) completely after

use! Rinse it out with clear water. Allow it to dry before it is

closed up for storage.

2. Pull off the mop attachments. Wash them in accordance with

the washing instructions on the label. They can be washed in

the washing machine. Do not use any fabric softener as this

can reduce the suction of the mop attachments! Allow them to

dry in the air.

3. Clean the other parts of the mop with a damp cloth and mild

washing-up liquid if necessary. Do not use any corrosive or

abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads!

4. Once all parts are dry, store the article in a clean, dry, frost-

free location that is out of the reach of children and animals.

To take them apart, press the locking lugs on the shafts and

pull the parts apart at the same time. Pull off the cleaning foot

(9).

Disposal

The packaging material is recyclable. Dispose of the pack-

aging in an environmentally friendly manner and take it

to a recycling centre. Dispose of the article in an envi-

ronmentally friendly manner as well. More information is

available from your local authorities.
