Performing an attended transfer

About this task

Use this procedure to transfer a call to a person where you consult with the other person before

completing the transfer.

Procedure

1. During an active call, press

This places your call on hold and you hear a dial tone.

2. Dial the number of the person to whom you want to transfer the call.

3. After the receiver answers the call and you introduce the caller, to transfer the call, end the

call.

Making a conference call

About this task

You can make and manage a conference call by using the Avaya H209 phone. Conference call is

a telephony option when at least three persons can speak over the phone.

Note:

To complete the conference call on some phones, you must dial the conference Feature

Access Code (FAC).

Procedure

1. During an active call, press

This places your call on hold and you hear a dial tone.

2. Dial the number of the person to whom you want to add to the conference call.

3. After the person receives the call, press
