How to recover

clogged nozzles

When an error is

displayed

Perform automatic head cleaning on the display panel.

Do not perform any actions other than the cleaning method

described in the user manual. It may cause printer failure.

Please do not leave the machine in an error state.

The circulation operation of the white ink flow path and

automatic head maintenance are not performed, which

may cause head ejection failure or head nozzle clogging.

Resolve the cause of the error or restart the power supply

and check that the display panel is in the "Ready" state.

If the error persists, please contact the customer support

or call center with the power on.

＜Error：NG＞ Do not leave the machine.

Also, If the error persists, please attach the head

protection cover to the carriage unit.

Then, please contact the customer support or call center

with the power on.

(If you don't have the head protection cover, please

contact the customer support or call center with the power

on.)

By attaching the head protection cover, it may be possible

to prevent the nozzle from drying out and delay its

deterioration.
